Why do they keep saying this was a trial that riveted the nation? It didn't rivet the nation, it was forced down our throats! I was over this whole trial the day my wife and I flew out of Orlando in 2008, which was the day Equus flew in to get Casey out of jail.

I have no problem with gays getting married as long as the church is not required to perform the ceremony.

If you're going to call out one actor as being knighted, make sure you you name all of them who have been knighted. Along with Sir Ian McKellan, you have Dame Judi Dench, Dame Maggie Smith, Dame Helen Mirren and Sir Michael Gambon.

My last name is Pankey. Growing up, a lot of people tried to call my Spankey but I successfully ignored it and it eventually went away. I had 1 friend in high school who persisted in calling me Spankey. I warned him that if he did, I would come up with one for him.
